Overview
Adding these items to your ship's exterior will increase the sensor strength of your ship. This is useful for locating various ore types in your cockpit scanner; the lower left button of the HUD that looks like ((((-)))) will activate your sensor display. Higher sensor strength provides greater detection distance and resolution of the scanner results.
